Challenge

Design for scale before development begins

The store had to handle more than 450,000 SKUs while remaining ready for further catalog expansion. This required predictable data exchange, a manageable catalog, and an efficient admin interface.

SEO requirements were incorporated at the design stage so that category, product, and part-number pages could be indexed immediately after launch.

  • Large-catalog architecture
  • Stock and price synchronisation
  • Vehicle-parameter search
  • Technical SEO from the design stage

Solution

One system for the catalog, orders, and search demand

We divided the work into architecture, product development, integrations, and SEO.

  1. Documentation and architecture

We prepared technical documentation, the data structure, and catalog scaling scenarios.

    • Technical documentation
    • Project architecture
    • Large-catalog model
  2. Product development

We created the design, frontend, backend, and part search by vehicle parameters.

    • Interface design
    • Frontend
    • Backend
    • Parametric search
  3. Administration and integrations

We built the admin panel and connected the site to the CRM and accounting system.

    • Backpack for Laravel
    • Stock and price exchange
    • Orders and statuses in the CRM
  4. SEO and external channels

We implemented technical optimization, translation management, and feeds for external services.

    • Technical SEO
    • Part-number pages
    • Translations
    • Product feeds

Implementation

Focused on data and operational control

Laravel became the foundation for custom business logic, while Backpack for Laravel provided the day-to-day catalog administration tools. Data exchange with external systems automated product updates and order processing.

In this competitive niche, the SEO strategy focused not only on high-volume categories but also on precise part-number demand that brings users directly to a specific component.

  1. Foundation

    Documentation, design, and data architecture.

  2. E-commerce

Catalog, search, backend, and admin panel.

  3. Integrations

CRM, accounting system, translations, and feeds.

  4. Growth

Technical SEO, support, and feature expansion.
